Our outdoor tables and chairs are acceptable places for smoking. Yes, this includes legally-obtained cannabis. While our guests are welcome to enjoy the legally-available medical or recreational marijuana laws in Portland, please do so in the backyard or on the porch. Edibles and other smokeless cannabis products may be used in the house.

We love our location (91 Walkscore) with easy access to all the bars, restaurants, grocery stores and amazing shops of Williams and Mississippi. The large common area, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms and relaxing charm will make you feel like a local! Our recently-fenced side yard and back patio give you the space and privacy you need to expand your stay. Enjoy our home while we spend winter break visiting family – our co-host will make sure you have everything you need for a great trip!

Simple clean room to relax and sleep in. Very comfortable and quiet. Has large closet. Close to shopping restaurants and Portland OR. is just right over the bridge. Has bathroom across hall it is shared but only the guests in this room use the shower, we have our own downstairs. Cable TV with Amazon Video/Netflix.

CANNABIS SMOKING: The Bear Necessities Lodge is a liberty minded and super friendly Airbnb guesthouse. Though we don’t smoke ourselves, we do want our guests that wish to smoke and enjoy Oregon’s amazing freedoms, to feel free to do so outdoors on the patio only please. There is no smoking inside the apartment.

Our farm is a unique place to stay! The house and rooms are super cozy. The farm is surrounded by art, nature and private out buildings to hang out at. Say hi to our fuzzy cows that saunter up to the fence and want brushed. It’s a great place to stay if you’re here for fishing, rafting, snow or water skiing, hiking, biking, disc golf, etc. Plus we’re only a short drive 30 minutes to PDX and 45 to Mt. Hood!
