In the Heart of NE Portland’s Alberta Arts District is my turn of the century carriage house. Expertly renovated from a 1912 era horse barn, this cute cottage is one bedroom, one bath, with a living room and kitchen. Close to pond, garden, and deck.

The Hobbit Hole is a cozy, comfortable sculpture to live in during a memorable visit to Portland. It’s a quiet and beautiful oasis that’s steps from one of the best shopping, eating, and people watching streets in the whole city.

We are around the corner from an organic grocery store, iconic restaurants, shopping, bike share programs and entertainment on perfectly Portland Hawthorne and Division streets. This is a walking, biking, and transit paradise with easy curbside parking.

This is a budget-friendly room in a cozy, almost brand new home. If you are bringing a pet, I ask for a $10 pet fee.

The bed you see in the right of the picture is basically like a sleeping chair. It is fairly small. However, I am willing to bring an air mattress into the room, which may work out better for some people.

A private room in a 4-bedroom house in the historic Brooklyn Neighborhood of Portland. Off the beaten path but very close to downtown. On the MAX Orange Line. To be a good fit, you should be comfortable around pets, queers, Jews, other Airbnb guests, and pot (marijuana)!

Pot (marijuana/weed/cannabis) has been legal in Oregon since 2015. We are regular medical users and many of our guests choose this listing because of its 420 friendliness, so please be prepared to be around visible cannabis use!

Pot smoking is allowed indoors, but only in the common areas and bathrooms. Please don’t smoke in your bedroom or anywhere else with a carpet. You are also more than welcome to smoke pot outside or on the porches – just keep in mind that legally, you’re not supposed to use pot in public or in public view.
