Every nook and cranny of this joint has been spruced up and is anticipating your arrival. This apartment is only used through airbnb meaning it is staged so you feel like you live in it and have every cozy thing you will need like a hotel but so much better…There is an all equipped kitchen and an incredibly comfy queen bed in the albeit small cozy bedroom. The bedroom has a sliding door, closet, and the bed built into the corner. There is also a couch in the living area that has a bed inside of it for extra guests. There are heated floors so that your feet are warm in the winter time. A ton of great books to curl up and read and a patio outside of your french doors and private entrance from the street. There is also a driveway in front of the apartment which is yours to use or not. This abode was made to feel rustic so much of the wood is unfinished. If you prefer brand new construction with a rustic finish this is the place for you.

Smoking is allowed outside (including 420). I am pretty laid back. I just ask that you be considerate, and respectful, conscious of noise due to shared walls, and clean up after yourself.

A clean, quiet, and comfortable place to hang your hat for a while. I’m located in one of the safest neighborhoods with easy access to down-town Portland and public transportation. The room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a small desk.

This budget-friendly room in a cozy, almost brand new home has 1 comfortable queen bed. I’m also willing to bring in an air mattress to the room if you’d like. If you have a pet, I ask for a $10 pet fee.

My home borders Powell Butte Nature Park, which is a beautiful 612 acre forested nature reserve that has plenty of hiking and biking trails.

Located in the Humboldt neighborhood close to all that is great about Portland. Two blocks to restaurants and shops on Killingsworth and Portland Community College – Cascade Campus. Walk to the MAX yellow line to head to the Moda Center, Expo Center, or downtown. A few blocks south to N. Mississipi.
Conveniently off of I-5 with off-street parking.
Guests have full access to the kitchen, dining, living room with TV and hot tub.

It is good for couples, singles, business travelers, and pets.
