Brand New Cozy Leather Couch

I recently bought a brand new leather couch with the sole purpose of making it into a very low cost option for guests on a budget who would simply like a comfortable place to sleep and have access to all of a house’s amenities (bathroom/shower, kitchen, TV, wifi, etc). I also have one other couch and 2 air mattresses available for use.
