Property Summary

Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors but guests are welcome to smoke on the roof deck, in the alley behind the building, or on California Avenue (25 feet from all entrances). Marijuana is allowed on the roof deck – it is legal in WA state!

The unit includes a comfortable queen AirDream sofa-bed (air-top mattress), private 3/4 bath with towels & toiletries, sitting area with mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea/cream and desk area/Printer/Shredder, but NO KITCHENETTE. We DO NOT HAVE A TV nor A/C. Fans are provided, but there is no window ventilation yet. Bring a device for streaming.
