You can smoke marijuana in the apartment as that’s the only place one can legally smoke in Washington. However if you smoke cigarettes, you must go up to the roof of the building (exit door by laundry room, then up the stairs). Your unit is under the owner and they don’t like cigarette smoke in that unit, sorry.

1 bdrm apt downtown, w/in walking distance of stadiums, waterfront, light rail, train station, ferries & museums. Fully furnished, w/a desk, full kitchen & dining table. For parties larger than 2, there is a queen aerobed, a chair bed, & the couch is pretty comfortable.

In the heart of the historic International District–the vibrant Asian part of downtown, a great coffee shop, Chinese food, Poke w/Hawaiian shave ice, the best-ever boba & a vegetarian pizza parlor are basically all downstairs.
