This unique home is nestled in the quiet outskirts of Lake City, CO. The home has a large yard with an outside gas grill and plenty of trees to ensure privacy, it is also visited daily by families of deer. The house has plenty of windows in order to take in the beautiful views of surrounding mountains. The balcony has a birds eye view of the iconic Round Top Mountain. The town (within walking distance!) inhabits plenty of quaint shops and restaurants available to meet anyone and everyone’s taste. 2 bedroom downstairs plus loft bedroom (1 queen 2 full – 2 full size custom tiled bathrooms, one on each level – twin trundle bed in downstairs living area.
