2,300 sq foot house. 10′ x 9′ room with full size bed and TV with Netflix. :)420 FRIENDLY!!!!! Weed smoking will be going on in the living room. 🙂 We have 2 futons in the basement if you have more than two people who don’t care if they have a private room. We also have a projector in the basement if you want to bring a game system or something to hook up to it. Mall, outdoor shopping center, bowling alley, and movie theater all within 2 miles. 24 hour gym 3 miles away.
